WHAT DO YOU SELL?

We are pleased to offer all things beads! Our most popular items are pens, wristlets, and jewelry, but we also have letter openers, key chains, bookmarks, and more. If we can make it with beads, we will!

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Our beads are made from high-quality, rigorously sourced materials ranging from glass to genuine gemstones, clay to silicone. When we use plastic or acrylic, it is both durable and beautiful, specifically chosen for our pieces. Our items may also be fashioned with faux leather, elastic, or various metals (primarily silver, brass, and copper).

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We ship everything directly from us to the customer. Shipping price and timeline are based on standard USPS rates and schedules. We will use priority when requested, otherwise it will be the least expensive rate. We aim for a 72-hour turnaround time for in-house items. For custom orders, it may take longer and we will contact you with an estimated time for delivery.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

We always want our customers to be satisfied, so we are happy to accept returns on defective items. This has yet to happen, as we personally create and inspect each and every item that we sell prior to shipment. However, we recognize that things happen in transit, and will do everything within our power to work with customers to make sure they are pleased. CAN YOU DO BULK ORDERS?

Since each piece is hand-made, no two items will be exactly the same. However, we are happy to discuss bulk orders for those looking to purchase 20+ of one item, and we will do our very best to match bead coloration and design, with the understanding that these are hand-made, and therefore individually unique. DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL PARTY GIFTS?

We do, and we’d love to be a part of your special day! For orders like these, we do need at least 30 days notice to make sure we’re able to make and ship them to you with plenty of time to spare. If you’d like to discuss options, please contact us directly: beadourguest@gmail.com

WHICH ITEMS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN?

While some of our items may contain small pieces not ideal or suitable for children, we trust parents to make those decisions for their kids. That said, we might recommend against the letter openers for very small children, unless you’re in the market for a kid-sized sword. Assuming that’s not the case, we’ve found that kids love the softer, chewier beads found on these items HERE.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ITEMS?

While we love providing a customized shopping experience, custom creations are limited to first come, first served. Any listing marked with the word “CUSTOM” in the title can be customized upon request. Quantities are limited, so grab them fast when you see them in the shop. Lynn is also open for personal consultations to design the pieces that are right for you. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK THE SHOP?

The shop is always being updated, but we tend to do larger seasonal drops around holidays or other major events, so keep your eye out around those times.
